I'm in need of unique bard names for my tabletop group, something that sounds distinct but also fits a musical or magical theme. I came across which has an extensive list of bard names. I'm curious how others select bard names that avoid clichés and feel personal to the character.
Are there any creative strategies you use to mix humor and authenticity? I want my bard names to be memorable without feeling forced. Any recommendations or examples of bard names would be greatly appreciated.

Once you know how the bard behaves, the name almost writes itself. For example, Tamsin Softnote works well for a gentle, supportive bard, while Rook Ashchord feels sharper and more sarcastic but still musical.
